Door deel te nemen aan ons affiliateprogramma verklaar je je akkoord met de onderstaande voorwaarden. Deze overeenkomst is bindend voor iedere deelnemer (Affiliate) en IAMONLINE B.V. als Adverteerder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Definities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Affiliate<\/strong>: Iedere natuurlijke persoon of rechtspersoon die zich aanmeldt en wordt goedgekeurd voor deelname aan ons partnerprogramma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Adverteerder<\/strong>: IAMONLINE B.V., verantwoordelijk voor de promotie van diensten via het EuroCashAffiliate netwerk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Netwerk<\/strong>: EuroCashAffiliate, het platform dat tracking, rapportage en uitbetalingen faciliteert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Platform<\/strong>: De door IAMONLINE B.V. ge\u00ebxploiteerde websites en digitale diensten, waaronder <a href=\"https:\/\/clubx.nl\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/clubx.nl\/\">ClubX.nl<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Deelnamevoorwaarden<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De deelnemer moet minimaal 18 jaar oud zijn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Correcte registratie via EuroCashAffiliate is vereist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IAMONLINE B.V. behoudt zich het recht voor om een aanmelding zonder opgaaf van reden te weigeren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affiliates zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van lokale wet- en regelgeving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Toegestaan gebruik &amp; promotiemateriaal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Affiliates krijgen toegang tot vooraf goedgekeurde banners, links en campagnes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het is niet toegestaan om zonder toestemming variaties op logo\u2019s, merknamen grafisch te bewerken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Merknaam &#8220;IAMONLINE&#8221; mogen niet worden gebruikt in SEA-campagnes (zoals Google Ads) zonder schriftelijke toestemming.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Commissies &amp; Uitbetalingen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commissies worden toegekend op basis van valide transacties zoals gedefinieerd binnen EuroCashAffiliate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het commissiemodel (per sale) en tarieven zijn zichtbaar in het <a href=\"https:\/\/eurocashaffiliate.com\/en\/eurocashaffiliate\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/eurocashaffiliate.com\/eurocashaffiliate\/\">affiliate info pagina<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uitbetalingen worden verwerkt door EuroCashAffiliate conform onze uitbetalingsschema.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bij fraude, zelf gegenereerde sales of misbruik vervalt het recht op commissie en volgt onmiddellijke uitsluiting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Verboden promotietechnieken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IAMONLINE B.V. tolereert geen misbruik van het programma. Verboden zijn o.a.:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>E-mailspam of promotie zonder toestemming van de ontvanger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het gebruik van malware, adware, forced clicks of omleidingen zonder toestemming.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promotie op websites met illegale of schadelijke inhoud, waaronder maar niet beperkt tot:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kinderpornografie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dierenmishandeling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extremistische of discriminerende content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gebruik van onethische clickbait of misleiding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Be\u00ebindiging &amp; uitsluiting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>IAMONLINE B.V. behoudt zich het recht voor om een affiliate-account per direct te be\u00ebindigen bij overtreding van deze voorwaarden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affiliates kunnen zelf hun deelname be\u00ebindigen via het EuroCashAffiliate-platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Niet-goedgekeurde of frauduleuze transacties worden niet uitbetaald.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Aansprakelijkheid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IAMONLINE B.V. is niet aansprakelijk voor enige schade die voortvloeit uit het gebruik van het affiliateprogramma of de daaraan gekoppelde systemen. Deelname geschiedt volledig op eigen risico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Wijzigingen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IAMONLINE B.V. behoudt zich het recht voor om deze voorwaarden te allen tijde te wijzigen. Aangesloten affiliates worden hierover ge\u00efnformeerd via e-mail of hun EuroCashAffiliate-dashboard. Bij voortzetting van deelname wordt aangenomen dat je akkoord gaat met de gewijzigde voorwaarden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Toepasselijk recht<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Op deze overeenkomst is uitsluitend Nederlands recht van toepassing. Eventuele geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter te Amsterdam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
